Special Needs

Instructors with Austswim qualifications are available to teach people with disabilities.

This generally involves scheduling a time during which important details regarding the participant's medical condition/disability are discussed, which is followed by an assessment lesson. We can then determine the type of class required.

Inclusion in mainstream classes where possible, but ratios reduced to provide extra attention.
