Fees and Payments

Enrolments are accepted on a term by term basis. Enrolment is confirmed and secured by payment of fees. All fees are due in the first week of term. ONCE A TERM HAS COMMENCED YOU ARE ENROLLED FOR THE ENTIRE TERM, regardless of attendance.

LESSON FEES

Fees are subject to change without notice

The fees are multiplied by the number of weeks in each term to determine the total amount of fees payable.

Payments can be made by either Cash, Cheque, Visa, Eftpos or Direct Debit.

New Clients.

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit per child is required to secure your day, teacher, and class time at time of booking.

Full payment is required on the first lesson unless choosing Direct Debit.

Please speak to office staff if you prefer Direct Debit.

Current Clients

Method of Payment.

Clients can decide their method of payment, as follows:

Option 1

Fully pay for the following term by the end of the current term and receive 2 entries to win your NEXT TERM FREE!

Option 2

A 50% non-refundable deposit per child is required to secure your position. The balance being payable in the first week of the new term. Receive 1 entry to win your NEXT TERM FREE!

Please note that if payment is not received by the due date a 10% surcharge on the outstanding balance will be applied.

Option 3

Direct debit is available as a payment option - if you would prefer this option, please contact our office for further details.

Refunds

In general, fees are not refundable except where Beaver Swim School cancels a lesson.

Medical Conditions

In extenuating circumstances such as medical conditions, refunds may be given at the discretion of management. If a refund is approved an Administration Fee of $10.00 will apply.

Further Information.

Lessons (including make-up lessons) will only be forfeited if your child is absent from their lesson without notifying the office of your inability to attend. Please read the information on Missed Lessons for more details.
