Fees and PaymentsEnrolments are accepted on a term by term basis. Enrolment is confirmed and secured by payment of fees. All fees are due in the first week of term. The fees are multiplied by the number of weeks in each term to determine the total amount of fees payable. Payments can be made by either Cash, Cheque, Visa, Eftpos or Direct Debit. New Clients.

In general, fees are not refundable except where Beaver Swim School cancels a lesson. Medical Conditions In extenuating circumstances such as medical conditions, refunds may be given at the discretion of management. If a refund is approved an Administration Fee of $10.00 will apply.
