Our receptionists are more than just receptionists
They will:

  • Answer your telephone and/or personal enquiries.
  • Greet you on arrival, and record your attendance.
  • Process your payments.
  • Test the water quality throughout the day.
  • Book your make-up lessons.
  • Assist you with any class changes required.
  • Liaise on your behalf with your child's teacher.
  • Co-ordinate a telephone parent/teacher discussion regarding your child's progress, where required.

Our teachers are highly qualified in all areas of aquatics, which include classes for babies, toddlers, pre-school, school age and squads. These classes include children with disabilities, learn to swim, and stroke development.
The teachers will spend time creating a relationship with your child. This initial time sets the stage for their future aquatic experiences. With patience, kindness and praise, children normally respond with a willingness to learn.

Your teacher will guide your child through the various skill progressions relative to their age, emotional, physical and aquatic readiness.

All teachers liaise with each other to share ideas and strategies, which ensure your child receives the best possible guidance in aquatic learning.
